Used as rocket propellant, explosive compound, fireworks, artificial anti hail agent, etc. Ammonium perchlorate explosive is used as a solid fuel for spacecraft, as a complexing agent, oxidant, and analytical reagent. Used for manufacturing other borohydride salts, reducing agents, wood pulp bleaching, plastic foaming agents, used in the pharmaceutical industry, etc.

The system of this project mainly includes parts such as barrel feeding, bagging, weighing and packaging, weight re inspection and removal, bagging, labeling and capping, robot palletizing, film wrapping, and palletizing. The entire production line is made of stainless steel material. Adopting a fully automatic control system based on PLC+display screen. The production line complies with the requirements of the dust explosion safety regulations GB15577-2018.
